I’m Casey Weeks, owner of Focal Point Construction, and I’ve spent over 30 years building homes and bringing my clients’ visions to life. Construction runs deep in my family—growing up, I learned the art of precision and craftsmanship from my father. I honed those skills by crafting custom fine furniture, driven by a relentless passion for beauty, perfection, and timeless design. My love for nature, aesthetics, and the fine lines and geometry of a home shapes every project I lead.

When I’m not on the job, you’ll often find me outdoors—mountain biking, camping, or rock climbing. I’m also a racing enthusiast and proud to be the current State of California Rally Cross champion. I’ve been married for 28 years and have three incredible children. I bring the same dedication to my family life as I do to my work, creating homes that inspire and stand the test of time.

I also lead a carefully chosen team of skilled laborers and contractors, each selected for their integrity, expertise, and attention to detail. These are craftsmen who take pride in their work, holding themselves to the same exacting standards I’ve followed throughout my career.
